Sometimes it's great to throw some finger food together when there's something on TV worth watching like a significant sporting event. Add a couple of cold beers, put your feet up and enjoy! These Sweet Chilli Dogs snugly fit into this category. Furthermore, the sausages are baked in the oven - always my preference over frying. I always have the feeling with fried sausages that I am either going to frazzle them or end up eating them raw. Any rate, the results were great, and they certainly satisfied!
